I’m glad you’re feeling better. I think you should seriously consider showing them stuff you wrote down at your next CBT session, at least then it can say a bit more than you can when you speak to them.
Thanks, it’s tomorrow so I’m going to try but I’m worried they’ll not want to know about it.
